Pasec (Programme d’Analyse des Systèmes Éducatifs de la Confemen) is a study conducted every 5 years by Confemen (Conference of Ministers of Education of French-speaking States and Governments) that assesses learning among students in the 2nd and 6th grades of Elementary School in French-speaking African countries. In these countries, these grades correspond to the beginning and end of Elementary School. The skills evaluated are Reading and Mathematics.
